Order Status
S’instyle requests that you allow 2-3 business days for your order to be received and at least 8-10 business days (excluding holidays) to ship (within Canada). If you have not received your order in 2 weeks and are a resident of Canada please contact us for updated shipping information. *Please Note* Orders to the United States may take longer due to customs.
Sold Out Items
We update our website inventory daily, however, due to our high volume of inventory turnover, an item may be sold out. If you have ordered an item that is sold out you will be notified within 72 hours and your credit card will be credited for the full amount.
Shipping Info
S’instyle ships to residents of Canada, the USA, the UK and Australia.
S’instyle ships with Canada Post. We have found this parcel service to be the most reliable and cost efficient for all our customers.
Cost of shipping
Our shipping costs are determined by:
1. How many items are ordered.
Please note, any additional cost to the United States including but not limited to customs, duties and state taxes are the responsibility of the consumer.
Insurance
There is an automatic $100.00 insurance cover on each order.
Returns or Exchanges
S’instyle guarantees you 100% satisfaction of your order item and will send you a confirmation e-mail receipt of your order. Please ensure that the item(s) you have selected are correct to the best of you knowledge as shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do have a discrepancy with your item, please contact us by e-mail at customerservice@sinstyle.ca. For S'instyle to be able to assist you best, please refer to your order item number and, if possible, please forward or attach your receipt of purchase to your e-mail.
All items must be returned in original condition with all tags intact. Items must be received within 30 days of original transaction. All refunds will done through Paypal. If customers are not satisfied with their order they must email S'instyle prior to returning any product

Our Policy
We take great care in processing your order. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number is assigned to each package via the Canadian Postal Service. For your records, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you within 2-4 business days. S’instyle is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
