Refund Policy
S’instyle guarantees you 100% satisfaction of your order item and will send you a confirmation e-mail receipt of your order.  Please ensure that the item(s) you have selected are correct to the best of you knowledge as shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do have a discrepancy with your item, please contact us by e-mail at customerservice@sinstyle.ca.  For S'instyle to be able to assist you best, please refer to your order item number and, if possible, please forward or attach your receipt of purchase to your e-mail.

All items must be returned in original condition with all tags intact. Items must be received within 30 days of original transaction. All refunds will done through Paypal. If customers are not satisfied with their order they must email S'instyle prior to returning any product.

What Information Do We Collect?  How Do We Use It?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card and billing information. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.  You are not required to create an account with our website to place an order.  Like many websites, we may also automatically receive general information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information.

You may voluntarily sign up to be informed about certain offers.  For this service you may provide us with an e-mail address which we will use to send the information you requested.

When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the website, new S’instyle services and special offers we think you will find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, please notify us.  Make sure to notify us for each account or e-mail address you have left with us.

What about “Cookies”?
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on you computer’s hard drive.  Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as One-Click shopping and to store items in your shopping cart between visits. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that.  Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features in our store.

Will S’instyle Disclose the Information it Collects to Outside Parties?

S’instyle does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.  Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of administering and expanding our business activities, providing customer service and making available other products and services to our customers.  We may also use your personal information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, inform you of services or products, customize your experience or to detect and protect us against error, fraud or other criminal activity. We may share your personal information with governmental agencies or other companies assiting us in fraud prevention or investigation.  We may do so when:

1. permitted or required by law
2. trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized activity
3. investigating fraud that has already taken place.

The information provided to these entities is not for marketing purposes.  As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings.  The personal information we gather about you is generally considered one of the transferable business assets in these types of transactions.  We may also transfer such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers or any dissolution.  Also, S’instyle may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

We understand that you may be concerned about the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. Rest assured that we have taken precautions to ensure that this information is safe and secure.  Only authorized employees, agents or contractors (who have agreed to keep your information secure and confidential) have access to this information. That being said, please be aware that no data transmission over the internet will be 100% secure.  While we take steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by S'instyle.  If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page, so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.  While this Privacy Policy states our standards for maintenance of your personal data and we will make efforts to meet them, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards.  There may be factors beyond our control that may result in disclosure of data.  As a consequence, we disclaim any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of this data.
